At this time, Soléil does not offer next-day or 2-day express delivery. Our pieces are dispatched from our atelier and delivered worldwide within 1–10 business days. We believe the finest things in life are worth a little anticipation — and your SS26 piece is no exception.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@soleil-london.com and we will investigate immediately.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout. Soléil has no control over these charges and is unable to cover them on your behalf.
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or high-demand periods such as our SS26 drop. If your order has not arrived within 12 business days of dispatch, please reach out to us at info@soleil-london.com and we will work to resolve this for you as a priority.
If you need to amend your delivery address, please contact us at info@soleil-london.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels.
