Soléil delivers worldwide — no matter where you are, you can enjoy our SS26 collection.

All shipping lead times are estimates and apply only once your order has been fulfilled and processed for dispatch. Processing times may vary, and estimated delivery windows begin from the point of shipment, not from the point of order placement.

We aim to fulfil and dispatch all orders as efficiently as possible. For the most accurate delivery estimate for a specific item, please refer to the product description page.

Exceptions
During peak periods, sale events, and public holidays, dispatch and delivery times may be extended. Estimated delivery windows apply only once an order has been fully processed and dispatched.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination. All orders are dispatched and delivered worldwide within 1–10 business days from your order date, inclusive of processing time.

Rest of the World

We ship to all countries worldwide. Estimated delivery is 1–10 business days from order date. Exact timelines may vary by destination — please refer to your shipping confirmation email for tracking details.

Import Duty and VAT

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs charges levied by the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price paid at checkout.

Soléil bears no responsibility for the payment of import duty, customs tax, or VAT. If applicable fees are not paid, customs authorities may take action including the potential destruction of the parcel. No refund or exchange can be offered in such circumstances.

By placing an order with Soléil, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any applicable import charges. We appreciate your understanding.

Customs Fees and Refusal Policy

Refusal to pay customs fees may result in the destruction of the goods and a total loss. Should goods be returned to us as a result, any fees incurred from customs and the carrier will be deducted from your refund. Soléil is not responsible for covering customs-related charges under any circumstances.

Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are considered final sale. Cash refunds are not available for sale items. Where eligible, store credit will be issued. By purchasing a sale item, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Delivery Periods

Soléil operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Store Credit

Store credit issued by Soléil must be used within 12 weeks of the issue date. Credit that is not redeemed within this period will expire and cannot be reinstated.


Klarna Pay

In partnership with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, Soléil offers the following flexible payment options at checkout. All payments are made directly to Klarna:

  • Pay in 3 — split your order into 3 interest-free instalments
  • Pay Later — receive your order and pay within 30 days

Klarna's payment options are subject to their own eligibility and credit assessment process. Soléil bears no responsibility for any decisions made by Klarna in relation to payment approval or eligibility. Your personal data shared with Klarna is handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Klarna's own privacy statement.


Returns

You may return your order within 28 days of the delivery date. All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags intact.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@soleil-london.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide full return instructions by email.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: items purchased at sale or discounted price; items that have been worn, washed, or altered; items returned without prior authorisation from Soléil.

Exchanges

Soléil does not currently offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or style, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@soleil-london.com with your order number and a clear photograph. We will resolve the matter as a priority.


Orders & Cancellations

Any order changes or cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, amendments cannot be made.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has left us.

Yes! Orders placed between 1 December and 24 December may be returned up until 14 January of the following year, provided items are in their original unworn condition with all tags attached.

Yes — you can return your order within 28 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags. To begin a return, please email info@soleil-london.com with your order number.

International orders may be subject to import duties or VAT charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order if you are unsure of any applicable fees.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your parcel. If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at info@soleil-london.com.
