How to Measure

Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, placing the tape close up under the arms and across the shoulder blades.

Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your body, just under your navel. Keep the tape slightly loose for comfort.

Hips
Measure approximately 20 cm (8 in) down from your natural waist, around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
